Privacy

Short, because there is little to tell.Privacy policy

This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from third parties until you press a button that says so. Draft, for legal review

The policy

1. Who is responsible

[TODO: DATA_CONTROLLER.name: legal name of the entity behind HOM International]
[TODO: DATA_CONTROLLER.address]
Contact for data questions: [TODO: DATA_CONTROLLER.email]

2. What this website collects

Nothing, by itself. The site is static. It sets no cookies, uses no analytics and no advertising pixels. Our hosting provider may keep short-lived server logs (IP address, time, page requested) to run the service securely. [TODO: hosting provider and log retention]

3. Things that load only when you ask

  • Videos. YouTube players load only after you press play, through youtube-nocookie.com. Until then nothing is sent to Google. When you press play, YouTube’s privacy policy applies.
  • Maps. The map on Visit us loads only after you press “Load the map”. Until then nothing is sent to the map provider.
  • Links to WhatsApp, email and social media take you to those services. Their policies apply there.

4. When you contact us

If you write to us by email or message, we use what you send to answer you. We keep it as long as the conversation needs, then delete it, unless you ask us to stay in touch. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering you (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

5. Prayer requests

A prayer request can reveal your religious beliefs or your health. That is special-category data under Art. 9 GDPR. We process it only because you explicitly ask us to pray for you (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR, explicit consent). Requests are read by a small prayer team, not shared further, not published, and deleted on request. Name and contact details are optional. [TODO: where prayer requests are stored, who has access, retention period (legal review)]

6. Events

Some events offer sign-up through an external service named on the event page. That service’s policy applies to the sign-up. We use the data only to run the event and delete it afterwards.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, to withdraw consent at any time, and to complain to the Polish supervisory authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, UODO). Write to the contact above.

8. Changes

If this policy changes, the new version appears here with a date. [TODO: date of this version]
